Muhammad Safdar Kazi is an elected Director and Chief Executive Officer of Fair Edge Securities (Private) Limited, a corporate TREC holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. I hold a degree of Bachelor in Commerce and have been in the business of stock brokerage and investment in the equities market since inception of the Islamabad Stock Exchange, nearly twenty Years. Mr. Safdar is a keen learner and he fully understands different aspects of equity trading by virtue his experience and exposure in the field of Share Trading. In addition to being a formal Director of Islamabad Stock Exchange in years (e.g.) 2000, 2006, 2007.

Muhammad Usman Bajwa

Muhammad Usman Bajwa is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst, having more than 15 years experience in Finance & Telecom. Usman’s last role was as Chief Operating Officer of Mobilink Micro Finance Bank.  Before that he worked for more than 13 years as head of Treasury & Corporate Finance of Mobilink-the largest telecom, he was the key member of the team that managed the growth of the company from 3 million to > 55 million customers through organic growth and M&A.  He has extensive experience of dealing with local an international financial market, bank and multilateral development finance institutions. He specializes in deal structuring, M&A, Corporate Finance and Investment Advisory.
